He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hartis; his children, Scott Hartis and Christy Adkins (Shawn Davis); his grandchildren, Courtney Flowers (Patrick Flowers), Ryan Adkins (Heather Adkins) and Jarrett Adkins (Noelle Tyler); his great grandchildren, Brentley, Bristol Flowers and Hagen Adkins; his sisters, Patsy Williams of Pineville, LA, Glenda Gerik of West, TX, Linda Karlik (Patrick Karlik) of West, TX and Marilyn Conger of Burleson, TX.; his aunt Gladys McDaniels of Hillsboro, TX; and his brother-in-law Don McGee of Aquilla, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
