He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kubacki and Matt Kubacki; his siblings, Matt (Jake), Bobby and Pat Elliott; his brother-in-law Ed Barnes; his nephew Johnnie Richards; his friend Danny Williams; his parents-in-law, Jack and Nelda Goff; his brother-in-law Stanley Goff; and his great-niece Raven Goff.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Lynn Kubacki; his stepsons, Kent (Carrie Johnston) and Ricky (Tina Johnston); his nephew Matthew Goff; his siblings-in-law, Tonia (Rick Rodgers), Darrell (Annette Goff) and Travis (Connie Goff); and his siblings, Bernard Kubacki (Bill) of Fort Worth, Phyllis Barnes (Sis) of Acton and Doris Moore of Vidalia Georgia. He is also survived by brother raise like our own; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
