She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cook and Pauline Cook; her husband Stan; and her brother Weldon Cook (Sam). She is survived by: her children, James Gilchrist of Burleson and Elaine Smith of Ft. Smith; and her granddaughters, Jamie Williams of Alma and Jennifer Clem of Irmo. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
