He is survived by: his parents, Bradli Holt and Barbara Gentleman; his sister Melissa Williams (Tim); his sons, Connor, Ashlee Quesada (Mark), Kandice Bauer (Richard) and Haylee Thacker (Eric); his brothers, Robby Robinson (Delurah) and Shaun Odom (Rachel); and his grandparents, Jimmy, Brenda Stearns, Joe and Maxine Odom. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association or St Ann's Catholic Church.
