He is survived by: his children, Carlos Hernandez, Michael Richardson, Walter Richardson, Emma Richardson Gosine, Kathy of Washington and Julie Richardson; and his siblings, Marion Richardson, Reginald Richardson and Sharon Richardson Burroughs. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
