She was predeceased by: her father Oscar Blackwell; her grandparents, James Breeden and Callie Pratt; her mother Minnie Breeden; and her sister Marie Hargrove.
She is survived by: her children, Minnie Breeden, Gina M. Blackwell (Denton), Frank E. Campbell Jr. (San Antonio), Trina M. Campbell (Houston) and Benita J. Campbell (Houston); her adoptive daughter Dionne F. Walker (Houston); her grandson Nicholas S. Barros (Houston); and her brothers, Richard Blackwell (San Antonio), Bruce Blackwell (San Marcos) and Lawrence Blackwell (Austin).
