He is survived by: his wife Michelle Verner (Wadley) of Josephine, Texas; his children, Erica Brooke Verner (Matt Gillis) of Big Sur, California, Dillon Jacob Verner of Sulphur Springs, Texas, Nyah Olivia Verner of Josephine, Texas and Nycco Lee Verner of Josephine, Texas; his grandchildren, Kye David, Anaura Ruth, Skyler Michelle, Anzel Sage, Anikyn and Caizlynd "Blu"; his siblings, Bartley Ray Verner (Patricia) of Broken Arrow, Randal Wayne Verner (Nanette) of Mt. Pleasant, Gary Don Verner of Rowlett, Texas, Melinda Manley of Merrit, Virginia Hurse (Gary) of Decatur, Debbie Nichols (Gary) of Ladonia and Nancy Lake (Robert) of Greenville, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Verner of Mabank, Ellise Robertson of Royse City, De-Loyce Acosta of Greenville, Texas and Marc Wadley of Sulphur Springs, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murray - Orwosky Funeral Home (876 Wildcat Way, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
