She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harrison Rip Rhodes; her parents, Joseph William Matacia and Lenna Marie Reynolds; and her children, Jerry Walker Bell, Ricky Edwin Bell, Harrison Wilson Rhodes Jr. and Anne Marie Rhodes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Helping Center of Marble Falls, an organization Josephine felt strongly about.
