She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Milton Raby and Lillian Dorothy Hulsey Raby; and her sister Jane Wood. She is survived by: her brother William Mitchell Raby; and her children, Debbie Prose, Mindy Gallaway, William Burch and James Burch. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
