She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ray Cook Sr.; her daughter Donna Jean Cook; her siblings, Claudia Willeford, Ruby Karl and Larry Blackstock; her parents, Claude Blackstock and Thelma Blackstock; her sister Barbra Wishert (Bobby); her children, Cindy George (Donnie, Carol Azlin), Samantha Kay (Brandon), Brandy Reckaway and Ray Cook, Jr. (Eddie); and her grandchildren, Jay Danford, Justen George (Brooke, John Fairchild), Brittany Fairchild (Jason, Amber Cook), Walker Cook, Emily Azlin (Dylan, Sarah Azlin) and Calvin Dixon. She was also cherished by Her children kept her busy with three daughters and one son.
