He is survived by: his wife Sue Coulter; his daughters, Cori Milner (Tommy) and Amy Coulter; his grandchildren, Stephen Vickers, Payton Milner, Joey Woodard and Alex Woodard; his sisters, Ruth Ann Hagen (Bud) and Sandy Garrison (Carl); his sister-in-law Jane Coulter; his nieces and nephews, Kevin Coulter, Keith Coulter, Kayne Coulter, Darren Hagen, Stacy Craddock, Karen Ann Kloss and Kelly Ross; and his caregiver Tasha Davis.
