He is survived by: his wife Cindy Gilpin; his daughter Angel Best (Chuck); his stepchildren, Kamella Garrison (Chris), Veronica Ishee (Daniel), Sally Sapio, Debby Gilbreath, Bubba Monroe, Bobby Monroe, Danny Evans (Kelly) and Jerry Evans; his siblings, Yvonne Gilpin, Carol Pitcock, Alan Gilpin and Joe Gilpin; and his grandchild Allyson Watson.
