She is survived by: her parents, Donald Maxwell and Mary Belle Maxwell (Goodloe) of Lexington; her husband Mark; her daughter AuBree Hartley (Burk); her son-in-law Jake Hartley; her granddaughter Amelia Hartley of Kansas City, MO; her son David Burk; her brother Eric Maxwell; and her sister-in-law April Maxwell (Dye) of Lexington.

Donations can be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center in her memory.
