He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Meier; his parents, Roy Jemmie Rowe, Sr. and Edythe Grace Bushnell Rowe; and his siblings, Richard Rowe and Mary Jane Rowe LeCompte.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Rowe of Lubbock, Texas, Jemmie Rowe (Nicole) of Canyon Lake, Texas and Mary Rowe (Bobby Foster) of Boerne, Texas; his granddaughter Alexandria Rowe; his daughter Sarah Foster; his sister-in-law Mary Frances Meier of Hye, Texas; and his close friend Laverne Davis of Albert, Texas.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
