She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roy Clark and Hettie Belle Clark (Abbott); and her brother James Roy Clark, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Terry A. Carter; her son Timothy A. Carter (Mary); her grandsons, Justin A. Carter and Daniel P. Carter (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Katie and Will.
