He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Smith (Greenhaw) and J. W. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Smith (Bourland); his brother Owen J. Smith (Estella); his children, Van Smith (Shalene), Wade Smith (Lynn) and Shelly Smith Schebil (Kevin); his sister-in-law Claudia Simmons; his grandchildren, Hayden, Kennedi, Justin, Reagan, Alex, Kaylin, Kennedy, Erik, Gavin and Reston; and his niece Konnie Craig. He is also survived by other loving relatives and many dear friends.
