He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvena Heavner and Brence Lee Heavner Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Heavner; his children, Kris (Kristin Heavner) of Phoenix Arizona, Darnell Heavner of Johnson City and Heather (Gerald Watson) of Fredericksburg; his stepdaughter Kelsey Heavner of Midland; and his grandchildren, Bradley and Hannah Heavner.
