We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2023, at the age of 83, William Taylor Stephen (Joaquin, Texas), born in Houston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Stephen and Syble Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Jane Stephen; his children, Tom Babcock, Keith Stephen (Estee Stephen), Chrystal Gilkey (Lee Gilkey), Casey Miller (Sean Miller) and Courtney Anderson (Michael Anderson); and his sister Bess Ellen Dillon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
