He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney H. Moss and Christina Julia Hernandez Moss; his wife Avis Moss; his siblings, Bobbie Jean Wallace and James Moss; and his son-in-law Mark McKinzie of Carthage.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Moss of Joaquin, Buddy Moss (Patti) of Bridge City and Ginger McKinzie (Doug Shute) of Baytown; his grandchildren, Leah Moss Busby, Adam, Landon McDonald, Lane McDonald (Hannah Jordan) and Allison McKinzie (Skylar Eva); his great grandchildren, Lennon McDonald, Lawson McDonald, Sadie Busby, Conner and Holden McDonald; his sisters, Virginia Powell of Anaheim and Velma Kirbo of Corpus Christi; and his niece Lavonne Wood.
