He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chambliss and Nettie Estes Chambliss; his wife Betsy Chambliss; his sons, Tony Chambliss and Clovis Chambliss; his grandchildren, Ron Davis and Kynleigh Fontenot; and his siblings, Marvin Chambliss, T. A. Chambliss, Lea Carroll and Sybil Heath.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Chambliss (Leanne) and Lori Davis (Ronnie); his daughters-in-law, Teena Fountain and Deborah Chambliss; and his sisters, Lois Hass and Katherine McGee. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
