He is survived by: his wife Sheila Posey; his sister Betty Ann Posey; his adoptive parent Joey Burns; his grandchildren, Taylor Myers, Tanner Myers, Madeline Clark, Maisie Burns, Marissa Gortney and Michael Blankenship; his nieces and nephews, Jenny Crooks, Jaime Ray, Jason Ross, Trevor Lawrence, Britney Hudsbeth, Kevin Reeves, Karen Reeves, Michael Reeves, Thomas Posey and Jesse Posey; and his aunts, Diann Walker and Tina Bridwell.
