He is survived by: his wife Dana Lewis of Jewett; his daughters, Jenny Lewis (Ty Lewis) of Huntsville and Ashley Foster (Justin Foster) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Carter Lewis, Case Lewis, Conlee Lewis, Lexi Foster and Brodie Foster; his sister Tona Gunstanson; and his pet Charlie Ann. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
