Frances Richter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2019, at the age of 96, Frances Richter (Jewett, Texas), born in Wallis, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, James "Rick" Richter and Penny Williams; and her mother Lilly Brown. She is survived by: her son Ronald Richter (Nell) of Spring; her son-in-law Harold Williams of Kerrville; and her grandchildren, Waylon Richter, Harold Glenn Williams, II, Melissa Richter Humble, Heather Richter Eisterhold, Angel Richter Sherwood, Amanda Richter and Ginger Richter. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
