She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Adkins and Zella Pearl Adkins; her brothers, Dorse, Jerry, Bruce and Donald Adkins; her husband Deral Allen Milliken; and her sons, Jay and Jimmy Barber.
She is survived by: her sister Debbie Ewing of McAllen; and her daughter Shelley Moen of Bryan, Texas.. She is also survived by her family, including her eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Jewett VFW Post 3542, P.O. Box 570, Jewett, TX 75846, Auxiliary in memory of Colleen.
