She was predeceased by: her parents, Neoma Stachowiak and Lawrence Stachowiak; her husband John Whitehead, Sr; and her daughter Kerry May. She is survived by: her children, Ginger Mathis (Keith), Renee Kane (Jimmy) and Regina Burrell (Chuck); her grandchildren, Shiann Mathis of Keith Mathis, Ashley May, Amy Burrell, Heather Burrell, Chad Burrell, Rubi Kane, Garth Whitehead, Everly May, Kayson Kane and Westlynn Mathis; and her siblings, Linda Porter, Larry Stachowiak, Jr and Darlene Rogers. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations and contributions be made to Virginia's Hospice of Teague, Texas.
