Smith); his grandchild Addilynn Blackburn; his siblings, James David Blackburn Jr. (Cheryl) of Richmond, Patricia A. Blackburn (John P. Meyers) of Jefferson and Robert Sims Blackburn (Tiffany) of Scottsville; and also Kimberly Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
