He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Allen Blake and Emma Ree Hamm Blake; his siblings, David Collingsworth, Jack Collingsworth, Jr., Allan Blake, Joe Earl Blake and Clara Blake; and his grandson Colton Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sue Watts Blake; his parents-in-law, Charles Milton and Marilyn Watts; his children, Cheryl Hall (Steve) and Bart Blake; his grandchildren, Corey Hall, Jared Blake, Ashlee Blake and Haley Blake; and his sisters, Eloise Keith (Bo) and Annie Mary Haynie (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
