He was predeceased by: his parents, Landry Voorhies and Marilyn Tarver Voorhies. He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Moos (Brian Childers), Rachel Longo (Andy) and Ronda Wilder (Lennie); his siblings, Carol Spanabel, Don Voorhies, Larry Voorhies and Joe Voorhies; his grandchildren, Amanda, Nicole, Kristen, Cassie, Preston, Jacob and Travis; and his pet Taco. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:45 PM and at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
