He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Norman Powell and Bessie Elizabeth Wood Powell; and his nephews, Larry Don Powell and Jeff Belless. He is survived by: his wife Liz Powell; his sons, Lucas Navarrette (Amanda) and Joseph Navarrette (Sasha); his grandchildren, Dylan, Cameron, Ethan, Kacy, Kash and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Haedyn and Lainey; and his siblings, Lawrence Wayne Powell (Carol), Jerry Lynn Powell (Jerry Ann), Linda Chapline (James) and Debbie Howard (Frank). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
