He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Purdy Nelson; his daughter Tammy ReNee Nelson Sharp (Richard); his brother-in-law Charles Lewis Purdy (Betty); his granddaughters, Caitlin and Teri Sharp; his nephews, Jamey Purdy, Joey Purdy and Dayton Plunkett; and his pets, Sadie, Poops, Baby Doll P and Daisy.
