She is survived by: her children, Patricia Perkins, Carolyn Douglas, James Perkins, Georgie Bell Mathis, Linda Bell and Royce Douglas; her grandchildren, April Shephard, Marcel Waites-Smith, Alicisa Perkins, Antonio Perkins, Darnell Perkins, Adian Douglas, Kiante Douglas Kendrick Douglas, Keynon Douglas, Katarra Douglas, Kyra Bell Lee, Ashley Bell, Allen Bell, Cordell Roberson and Faith Perkins; and her sisters, Jennifer Lang and Kathy Lang.
