He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasal Popwyzz and Mary Popwyzz; his wife Marilyn Waters; and his sister Mary Mehl. He is survived by: his son Dillon; his daughter-in-law Katelyn Waters; his grandchildren, Lathan Waters, Conley and Rayleigh Bryant; and his nieces, Tammy Brown, Hollie Upchurch, Kellie Prestidge and Misty May.
