Zastovnik of Catawba, NC and James S. Zastovnik (Terri) of Southport, NC; his grandsons, Stephen Acy and Christopher Acy (Caitlynn); his brother Ron Zastovnik (Diane); his nephews, Ben Zastovnik and Andrew Zastovnik; and his aunt Loretta Chornobay.
