He is survived by: his wife Deanna Bollinger of Jefferson; his children, Michael Wayne Bollinger and Jessica Rene Bollinger; his siblings, Jode Shelton (Jerry) of Aberdeen, OH, Adam Ratliff (Liz) of Jefferson and Carl Ratliff of Bucyrus, OH; his uncles, Dan Bollinger (Connie) of Morral, OH and Dave Bollinger (Joyce) of Belville, OH; his aunt Dawn Burdine of Green Camp, OH; and his mothers-in-law, Tina Arnett (Jason) of Ferris, TX and Jennifer Bossier (Jan) of Mineola, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
