He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ferguson Harper and Dorothy Lee Powell Harper. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Harper of Jefferson; his children, Suzie Bradley (Alan) of Jefferson, David Harper (Karrie) of Jefferson and Baylee Harper of Jefferson; his brothers, James Harper of Jefferson, Jeff Harper of Jefferson and Joe Harper (Charlotte) of Jefferson; and his grandchildren, David Harper Jr., Dawson Harper, Tyler Bradley and Justin Bradley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cypress Bend Adventist Elementary at 2997 FM 728, Jefferson, Texas 75657.
