He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Wood and Betty Wood (Powell); his wife Freda Pendley; and his son David Wood. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Wood of Burleson; his grandchildren, Chris Lamb, Elisabeth Lamb, Brooke Earney, Braxton Wood, Raymond Wood, Melissa Wood and Billy Douthitt; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Lamb and Harper Lamb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to The Berea Cemetery association at 3000 FM 728, Jefferson, Texas 75657.
