He is survived by: his children, Raymond James, Floyd James, Jr., Cloyd James, Michael Halsey and Michelle Halsey; and his siblings, Henry Ceril, Sr. (Helen), George Landry (Elnora), Flora Garcia, Gloria Allen and Marcella Bazile.
