It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Dowling of Jefferson, Texas, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Palmer and Genevieve Palmer; her children, Louwella Bourgeois, Richard and Chris Young; her grandchildren, Stevie Young, Nathan Coleman and Rhonda Young; and her great grandchild Cheyanne Young.
She is survived by: her son Bobby [Diane] Young Jr.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
