It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darla Higgins of Jefferson, Texas, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on July 19, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Solon Jackson. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Lou Bourland Jackson; her husband Matt Higgins; her children, Jake Atlas and Emily Atlas; and her siblings, Terry Jackson, Johnny Jackson and Ilinda Parham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
