She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Thomas and Jack Hughes; her husband Booker T. Spencer of Marion County; her daughter Carolyn Spencer (Booker T. Spencer); her sons-in-law, Roy Lee Taylor and Jesse Williams; her grandsons, Dwayne Taylor and Jeffery Spencer; her sister Cleo Guinn; and her son O. V. Spencer.
She is survived by: her children, Bessie Williams (Jesse), Thelma Taylor (Roy Lee), Booker T. Spencer Jr. (Velma) of Minnie Howard, O. V, Rosie Guinn (John) and James Spencer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
