She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Osborne and Lois Harmon Osborne; her husband Donald Frederick Stork; and her children, Howard Hamilton Stork, Paul Franklin Stork and Susan June Stork Worneski.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine Eloise Stork; and her brother Phil Osborne. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
