He is survived by: his wife Tammy Elizabeth Calame; his children, Eric Calame, Katrina Kelly and Justin Calame; his siblings, Chuck Calame and D'Anna Baker (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Ian Wyatt, Reyd Meadows, Hayden Calame and London Lohman. He is also survived by one great grandson and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
