She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Forrest Bailey and Ruby Evans Bailey of Wisconsin; her husband Roland "Bill" Hartful Dean; her son George Forrest Dean; and her granddaughter Laura Michelle Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Gary Dean (Tina) of Central Point, OR., Betty Jean Dean Patterson of Greenwood, LA. and Barbra Ann Dean Bellar (David) of Blanchard, LA.; her sisters, Mary Pollard of Florida and Lillian Dixon of West Lake, LA.; and her grandchildren, Bradley, Jason, Roland, Mark, Jennifer, Lindsey, Travis and Ryan. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Haggard Funeral Home (203 E Clarksville St, Jefferson, TX 75657). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dean Cemetery.
