He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Kenneth Swanson, Sr.; and his sister Glinda Sue Steelman. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Doris Barringer Swanson; his siblings, Joy McConnell, Wendy Crawford (Jim) and Thomas Swanson (Rose); and his friend Charlynn Bradford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home (203 E Clarksville St, Jefferson, TX 75657).
