She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Boland and Lillian Boland; her husband Rusty Welch; and her brothers, Gerald Boland and Bruce Boland.
She is survived by: her children, Edd Welch of Jayton, TX and Pam Goodall (George) of Spur, TX; her brother Don Boland (Shirley) of Jayton, TX; and her grandchildren, Kristi Stevens of King Wood, John Coleman Welch of Houston, Candice Copelin (Reid) of Panhandle and Colette Lane (Tanner) of Canyon. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
