He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Barbara Sears Phillips of Jasper; his daughter Britney Minton of Denham Springs; his siblings, Danny Sears of Jasper, Dianne Smith (Rodney) of Jasper and Melinda Smith (Lynn) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Lathan Minton and Calie Minton; and his father Willis E. Sears, Sr.. He was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.
