He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Crowell and Sarah Crowell; his siblings, Rae and Faye; and his son Randy.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Philip (Sharon) and Pam; his grandson Clay; and also, Ramona, Peggy and Mike.
