She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Gary Upchurch and Shirley Ann Lucius Smith; and her siblings, Debi Brown Phelps and Todd Upchurch. She is survived by: her husband Ed Lindsey of Jasper; her children, Joshua Andrew Daigle of Sulphur and Ashlyn Page Martinez of Deer Park; her siblings, Gary Upchurch (Carolyn) of Merryville, Frankie Sullivan of Merryville, David Brown of Covington, Penelope Rene UpChurch of DeQuincy, LA, LuWanna Newman of Sulphur, Belinda Brown of Lake Charles and Lori Brown of Friendswood; and her grandchildren, Landon Williams, Hailey Daigle, Khorey Daigle and Bailey Shafer.
