He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mitchell and Frances Mitchell; and his siblings, Kathy Blair and Daniel Mitchell of Rushsylvania, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Mitchell of Jasper, Texas; his son Robert Harold Mitchell, III (Shannon Gail Mitchell) of Conroe, Texas; his brother Perry Mitchell of Rushsylvania, OH; and his grandchildren, Robert H. Mitchell, IV and Jaquelyn Audrey Mitchell. He is also survived by sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
