She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Dougharty and Billie Jean Dougharty; her sister Mona Duckworth; her nephew Jamie Dougharty; her niece Kim D. Dougharty; and her great grandchild Ophelia Billingsley.
She is survived by: her children, John Orchosky (Kimberly) of Porter, Shaun Orchosky, Sr. (Amber) of Erin, Dustin Orchosky (Tisha) of Jasper, Texas and Vickie Orchosky of Jasper, Texas; and her siblings, Mark Dougharty (Rosa) of Deer Park, Gary Dougharty (Cindy) of Arizona and Donna Youngblood (Revell) of Pasadena. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
